Sarah George graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA in 1999 where she studied traditional Swedish, Sports and Deep Tissue massage, Asian body therapies and Hydrotherapy.
Sarah expanded her practice through the guidance and influence of Dr. Thomas McFadden, D.C. and furthered her knowledge of essential oils under the teachings of  Amy Bacheller, M.Ed. and Dr. Gary Young, N.D., a leader in the science and application of essential oils and founder of Young Living Essential Oils.

a combination of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, fascial release and the use of heat or ice to help:
   -increase circulation
   -sooth tired, aching muscles
   -increase joint mobility
   -relieve chronic stress patterns in the body and symptoms related to old injuries
   -bring about both relaxation and rejuvenation
   -improve skin and muscle tone
each individual session may vary based upon the needs of your body and the amount of pressure you desire at the time of your treatment.

hot stone massage
warm, smooth oceanic stones provide deep localized heat as they are glided over sore and tight muscles in this soothing full body treatment.

raindrop technique®
in this highly revitalizing treatment, phytonutrients from a selection of Young Living’s organic essential oils help boost the immune system, combat viruses, detoxify the body, align the spine, balance energy and renew the senses.  followed by a specialized application of the oils to the feet and back is a soothing moist heat pack for a truly heavenly experience.
